I have a 2010 Polaris RZR S, and it leaves Ridge Runners wishing they had more than 2 wheels putting power to the dirt (or snow).

Just different models. The "standard" RZR is 50" wide. Polaris wanted it to be able to fit on most ATV trails. However, they knew there was a market for something sportier too, so they made an "S" model that has a wider wheel base, upgraded shocks, longer A-arms for more suspension travel, seats further apart so you weren't rubbing shoulders all of the time, etc. That model was marketed heavily for sand dunes, where width is not an issue.

The "standard" RZR is 50" wide. The "S" model is 60 inches wide. Now they have an "XP" model that's longer, and even wider (64") and has a bigger engine.

Maybe not exactly next door, but I could probably build a cannon that would get a golf ball into your yard from mine! I'm at the bottom end of Weaver Rd.

Sure, if there's ice and six inches of snow on the ground. I don't think the Snohomish police department has a snowmobile yet, and that's the only way they could catch us.
